Today’s Patriot Ledger shared uplifting news for Massachusetts residents looking to sell million dollar homes. The state has seen a surge in sales of homes priced above $1 million.
Things are looking good in our little corner of the state as well. In Wellesley alone, 97 single family homes priced $1M and up have sold since the start of the year, compared with just 79 sold over the same period last year. A high number of executive relocations are said to be responsible for the upswing.
